Prescription refills and authorizations are answered between
8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Fridays.

Refills requested at other times will be filled only for extreme or emergent cases only. Refill requests must be sent by your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will send the request to our office for approval. Once we receive the request from your pharmacy our standard turnaround is within 24 hours weekdays upon the physicians’ approval. Pharmacy turnaround will vary, so please allow ample time for refills. Narcotics can only be filled during normal business hours.
